Our mission is rooted in helping students explore and understand their ancient roots—specifically their connection to Yashar'al (Israel)—and to foster a sense of pride and cultural awareness that can inspire personal growth and community upliftment.

OUR OBJECTIVES

  • Provide quality, accessible education to a wide range of students, promoting inclusion and diversity

  • Help decolonizing education for a more liberating and restorative human experience

  • Increase higher education and scientific research among racialized groups

  • Provide exceptional academic mentoring, advocacy and support services to visible minority students, and facilitate their adaptation to the rigors of higher education

  • Support recruitment and performance activities for visible minorities and low-income and historically underrepresented students

  • Offer varied and relevant study programs that meet the needs of the job market and prepare students for successful careers

  • Encourage action research and academic innovation in key areas, encouraging collaboration between students and faculty
